You can taste Italian, French Triple Cream or Spanish Manchego, hand cut to provide you with the best texture and flavor. Enjoy fresh, soft-ripened and semi-soft cheeses, as well as our distinctive Sharp Auricchio Provolone, Swiss, Gouda, aged grande, Reggiano Parmesan or Pecorino. DeRomo’s fresh mozzarella is one of the most popular in our store because of its unrivaled milkiness and fluffiness using the finest whole milk curds. One taste of our fresh, silky-soft mozzarella and you’ll be hooked for life!
