DeRomo’s features an onsite pastaria where chefs craft everything from scratch including ravioli to fettucine on a daily basis. With state-of-the-art pasta-making equipment from Italy, our chefs even customize ravioli with stuffing and are very proud of their pastas that have unique shapes and are made with bronze dies — rigatoni, bucatini, rotelle, mafalda and more.
All products are cut and packaged, making up a collection of about 20-25 items that are showcased in the Gourmet Market. Seasonal specials include black squid ink fettucine, black pepper pappardelle, sweet potato gnocchi and a spooky Halloween pasta mix. Additionally, a lobster ravioli special is available exclusively in the restaurant.
