- 6:00 pm: Guests check in with a glass of
prosecco - 6:15 pm: Chef Rosemarie’s 15-minute
presentation on our pastas - 6:30-7:00 Gnocchi Demo at rectangular tables
- 7:00 pm: Buffet opens
- 8:00 pm: Guests select 1 take-home pasta per
guest: Linguini, Fettuccini, Capellini, or
Pappardelle (Can purchase additional for
$7)
